I'm trying to calm down a rabbit so I can show him. I've been told to try a product called Sit Tight! But I can't find a supplier that will ship to Canada for a reasonable price. I'm trying lavender essential oil. It's supposed to be calming. It didn't go so well, he bit me. I will keep trying and will also try chamomile. I've only got until June 8th. On on the plus side, my chicken coop has walls! Update; after some time, the rabbit eventually calmed down. He still has his moments and now that he's still in a pen, I don't think he'll ever be able to live in a small cage. He did bite me when I tried brushing him while moulting.

Ive sold all my chicks. Now my father wants some of his own, so he's got some in the incubator. And one of the Buff Orpingtons has gone broody, so she has some too. June 10: So things didn't go so well. The broody gave up and most of the eggs in the incubator were duds. I did end up with 10 beautiful chicks. And now another broody. So far I've got one litter born. 2 babies, one blue eyed white, one Vienna marked. Hopefully by the time I get home tonight there will be another litter. Lock down for the incubator is Saturday. We should have some chicks by Tuesday. litter one above. Litter two below. Amelia had 3. I love the markings. Can't wait to get better pictures. I'm also excited to see if both litters develop at the same pace. Here we are a couple days later. And it's very exciting here! Tell me that's not adorable! And it's hatch day!
