So, I drink lots of tea. All kinds. So I thought I'd look up what types of teas can help you lose weight.

Right now I've got an infuser with some chamomile in that I had dried, added some green tea leaves I bought at Bulk Barn, and threw in some fresh peppermint leaves from the plant on the table. Going to add a bit of honey. Hopefully it'll help with this craving I'm having and maybe put me to sleep!
